CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour notice is required in the event of cancellation. Cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged $100.00 for a 60-minute appointment and $150.00 for a 90-minute appointment.

If your plan includes out-of-network massage benefits, we provide a superbill for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please bring your insurance card and massage therapy referral from your primary care physician to your first appointment.
